KINPOE PDTP 2026: Jobs for DAE Diploma & B.Sc Holders

There’s also some flexibility built in for students whose final year result is still awaited; they can apply too, but they’ll need to complete their diploma or degree requirement by January 1, 2027, or they won’t be allowed to join.

This isn’t unpaid training, which is a relief compared to a lot of similar programs. Trainees receive a stipend of Rs. 31,320 per month throughout the course. Outstation trainees also get free bachelor hostel accommodation, subject to availability, along with free daily meals and transport.

Once the training wraps up, successful trainees aren’t just handed a certificate and sent on their way. They’re eligible to be appointed anywhere in Pakistan as Technician-I or Scientific Assistant-I, in SPS-4 (with a pay scale of Rs. 31,320–1,930–89,220), complete with an advance increment and the usual allowances under the CPF scheme. In short, this program is designed as a direct pipeline into a permanent government technical position, not just a standalone training course.

The fee needs to be deposited in one of two designated bank accounts — either KINPOE, KNPC, Karachi’s account with National Bank of Pakistan, or the KINPOE Admission Fee Account with Askari Bank. If you’re applying online, you’ll need to upload your paid bank receipt and a passport-size photo directly on the form. On top of that, you’re also expected to courier your complete printed application form and the paid receipt to KINPOE’s given address, and this needs to reach them by August 11, 2026. If you’re applying strictly by post, the same deadline applies for your documents to arrive.
