Our starting wage for Servers is a pretty sweet $15.00 – $20.00 per hour!

Shift Schedule: We’re looking for people who are available to work Wednesday-Saturday from 4pm-7:30pm.

We need someone like you to join our team:

• To be a top-notch host: what makes a great host? Well, it’s about being able to greet our residents with a warm smile, making them feel at home, being present in the dining room so you can mingle & entertain & create a space where the residents can really connect.
• To be a prepping superstar: whether its prepping the tables for a big meal or getting the silverware ready – the person in this role understands that a successful meal service is all about being prepared.
• To be the tidy titan: sure bussing tables & sweeping floors might not be the most glamorous job, but someone’s gotta do it & it really is one of the most important parts of keeping our community looking its best.

What we need from you:

• You’ll need to be at least 16 years old
• You’ll need to be able to read, write, understand & communicate in English at a level that lets you communicate with our older residents (that’s about an 8th grade level)
• You’ll need to have a positive attitude & genuinely love working with older people
• This role involves lots of standing, walking, bending & lifting, so you’ll need to be active & able to keep up
• You’ll need to be able to move & lift things up to 50 pounds – that’s a pretty hefty weight
• You’ll also need to be able to help residents get up & down, as well as assist them if they’ve had a fall
• And you’ll need to get a background check
