SPICY CHICKEN ROLL WITH VEGETABLE
INTRODUCTION
Hello, I am a chef. Today, I will teach you how to prepare a spicy chicken vegetable roll.
This recipe is my father’s. Our restaurants serve these rolls, and they’re very popular. My dad created this recipe over 10 years ago.
My mom also cooks this at home every day during Ramadan. We love these rolls because they’re spicy, crunchy, and filled with chicken and vegetables.

Take 1 kg of refined wheat flour, add some water to a bowl, and make a liquid like dense syrup. Mix well so that no dryness occurs. Leave it for 15 minutes. Mix with a grinder or mixer, and leave it for 15 minutes. Then, mix well.

While waiting, fill a pressure cooker with drinking water. Place it on the stove and heat until the water boils. Cut the chicken into small 4×4 cm pieces. Once the water boils, add the chicken pieces to the cooker. Boil the chicken until fully cooked.
Then take it out of the cooker, put it on a plate, and leave it to cool for 5 minutes.

Get a split chickpea, wash it, then put it in a cooker and boil it until it is mashed with your hands. Then take it out when it is mashed with your hands.

Then cut the onions into small pieces measuring 2 x 2 cm each. It is important to cut these onions like that because if you leave them too big, they will be too big in your mouth and taste bad. Cutting them down to this size is better.

Then get a green bell pepper, take a knife, and cut it into small slices, 2-3 cm long and 1-2 cm wide. Before that, you can wash it to remove dust or bacteria. It is important to wash it.

This is the most important step. Read it very carefully!!!
Use the masher or grinder. Add your chicken to this machine first, then remove the bones!!! And then add it to your machine, grind it well, mash the chicken in the grinder, then take it out onto a plate.
Then, the same process for your split chickpeas. Grind it well, mash the chickpeas, transfer it to another plate, and then we are going to step 7, AH!!! Very hard work, bro. Can you do this today for your wife, another person, or yourself? HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

Take the cooker and add some cooking oil. Heat a cooker on medium flame and add a reasonable amount of cooking oil. Add the mashed chickpeas, mashed chicken, chopped onions, green bell pepper slices, 3-4 teaspoons of black pepper, and half a chicken cube. Stir with a large spoon and cook until the mixture turns dark brown and has a strong aroma. Put it into any plate or dish. Now that’s ready. Make flat, round rotis using the batter prepared earlier. The outcome depends on your rolling skill—aim for evenly shaped and thin rotis. With the main step, it occurs.

Now take the roti on a flat surface. Place a roti on a flat surface. Add a strip of inner filling in a straight horizontal line near the edge, but not too close to it. Fold in the sides of the roti to seal the filling inside, then roll tightly. Use a bit of the dense flour mixture to seal the end of the roll so it doesn’t open during frying. Repeat for all rolls. Turn on your cooker and leave it for 5 minutes, until the oil is hot. Then put the rolls in to fry until they turn a deep brown. Then lift them out of the cooker.
